COVID UPDATE 2022: Massage is allowed indoors with Covid precautions in place. Masks are only required for clients if you are not vaccinated or if there is a mask mandate in place and, although we are fully vaccinated, we will continue to wear masks while we work on you. In addition, we are disinfecting every surface in between each client. And as always, linens are changed for every person and hands are always scrubbed up past the elbow before and after each service (and all day really!).

You may already know a lot about massage but if you don't here's a brief explanation:
Massage is the manipulation of the muscles and fascia (connective tissue) using the hands and other tools to release tension and correct improper muscle firing to alleviate pain and correct imbalances in the body. Massage therapy is a fantastic tool in loosening tense muscles and restoring balance to the body to relieve pain. It can help people of all ages and with many different health care considerations find a way alleviate or at least manage painful conditions.
In addition, massage is a great way to relax and relieve stress and anxiety in both adults and children. In today's techno gadget go go world, we can all benefit by reconnecting with our bodies through a nice relaxing and restorative massage.
